Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the procedures for returns and refunds related to purchases made through the official Verniqo online store (“Products”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Return and Refund Rights
Verniqo offers a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on most Products unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Customers may request a return or refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery (“Return Period”), provided that all return eligibility conditions in Section 2 are met.
Exceptions: Products purchased during major sales events, promotional discounts, or limited-time offers may be subject to modified return conditions or may be final sale, as indicated during the promotional period.
2. Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Opened or used items are not eligible unless required by applicable law.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Packaging: All original packaging materials, inserts, and accessories must be included.

Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping: Items cannot be refunded if in transit, the item must be received by customer for eligibility
3. Refund Method and Timing
Once a returned Product is received and inspected, Verniqo will process a refund to the original payment method used. Refunds are typically issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date the return is received.
Refund Amount:
Unless the Product was received in damaged or defective condition, the refund will reflect the original purchase price minus any shipping or handling fees.
4. Membership and Subscription Refunds
For purchases that include enrollment in a membership or subscription, the following refund terms apply:

Cancellation Window: Memberships may be canceled for a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the original enrollment date.

After 30 Days: No refunds are issued for membership fees beyond the Return Period.

Recurring Charges: By completing a membership purchase, the customer agrees to recurring billing at the disclosed frequency and rate. Customers are responsible for canceling in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Refunds on digital services or memberships are only issued if the cancellation is requested within the Return Period and the service has not been materially used.
5. Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products labeled as final sale or clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

Digital content, including downloadable material, unless stated otherwise

Products that have been damaged, used, or altered after delivery

6. Return Shipping and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of an Verniqo error (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment). It is recommended that customers use a trackable shipping method. Verniqo is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
Products received in a defective or damaged condition may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Retain all packaging materials and contact Customer Service immediately to begin a return or replacement process.
8. Order Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Orders that are cancelled within twenty-four (48) hours of purchase are only eligible for a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of the total order value. This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred during order fulfillment preparation.
9. Changes to This Policy
Verniqo reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will be published on our website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
